The new WhatsApp messaging system was designed from the ground up around real event workflows.

Diobox now includes a large library of pre-approved WhatsApp templates that can be used immediately without waiting for Meta approval. Templates are organized by category and use case, making it easy to prepare guest communication for every stage of an event.

New WhatsApp Message Editor

We also built an entirely new WhatsApp Message Editor designed specifically for preparing Meta-compliant WhatsApp messages.

The editor allows organizers to personalize approved templates using guest fields, event information, registration forms, QR codes, links, and dynamic content while remaining compliant with WhatsApp messaging requirements.

Automatic WhatsApp Opt-In

Diobox now automatically manages the WhatsApp opt-in process in the background.

If a guest has not previously approved WhatsApp communication, Diobox can automatically send an opt-in request before delivering the original message. Once approved, the original WhatsApp message is sent automatically.

This entire process happens seamlessly without requiring organizers to manually track approvals or resend messages.

WhatsApp Fallback to SMS

To maximize delivery rates, Diobox also introduces automatic WhatsApp Fallback to SMS.

If a WhatsApp message cannot be delivered due to unsupported phone numbers, regional restrictions, or Meta delivery limitations, Diobox can automatically resend the same communication as an SMS message.
